Our Position on Copyright

Important: 337.giize.com facebook Video Downloader does not host, store, upload, or re-distribute any video content. We only extract temporary, publicly available CDN URLs directly from the original platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). We function as a URL extractor, not a content host.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Request
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed upon through our service, please send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:
Required Information for DMCA Notice
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner)
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
- The URL or other specific location on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one
Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers, in accordance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA.
